A Guardian Home is a unique partnership between our breeding program and loving families like yours. Simply put: our dogs to breed, yours to love!
Instead of keeping all our breeding dogs in a kennel environment, we place them with carefully selected families who raise them as their own beloved pets. Your guardian dog lives with you full-time, sleeps in your bed, goes on family adventures, and receives all the love and attention they deserve.
In return, we ask that you bring your dog back to us periodically for breeding purposes. Once the breeding program is complete, your guardian dog is spayed/neutered and becomes 100% yours forever.
This arrangement ensures our dogs live their best lives in real homes while still contributing to our breeding program. It's truly a win-win for everyone, especially the dogs!

Receive a "pick of the litter" quality puppy at no cost. These are exceptional puppies selected for outstanding health, temperament, and breed characteristics.
We cover all breeding-related expenses including health testing, genetic screenings, reproductive care, and spay/neuter surgery when complete.
Join our extended SACC Doodles family! You'll have direct access to us for any questions about training, health, or care.
Our guardian dogs receive comprehensive health testing and come with full health guarantees. You're getting a dog with documented excellent genetics.
After completing the breeding program (typically 3-4 litters for females or until age 6 for males), your dog is 100% yours with no strings attached.
Your dog lives with you 95% of the time! Females visit us briefly for breeding and whelping, males may visit just a few times per year.
A simple process to welcome a guardian dog into your family
Fill out our application below. We'll review it and schedule a call or visit to get to know you and your family.
Once approved, we'll match you with the perfect puppy based on your lifestyle. You'll sign a guardian agreement and take your new family member home!
Enjoy raising your puppy! Provide training, socialization, regular vet care, and lots of love. We're always here to help.
For females: Bring her to us for breeding when she goes into heat. She'll stay during whelping (about 8 weeks) then return home. For males: Brief visits a few times per year.
After completing the program, we spay/neuter your dog at our expense. The co-ownership ends, and they're officially 100% yours forever!
We're looking for committed families who meet the following criteria
A home with a securely fenced yard. The dog must live indoors as a family pet.
Must live within reasonable driving distance for breeding visits and health appointments.
Prior experience owning and caring for dogs. Comfortable with training and grooming.
Provide quality food, regular grooming, routine vet care, and keep up with vaccinations.
Maintain regular contact, share photos/updates, and promptly communicate any concerns.
Ability to coordinate vet appointments and breeding visits with our schedule.
